Sendaflor™ is a marketplace connecting customers with professional florists across Italy. Our aim is to provide a fast, personal, local flower delivery service, with quality and reliability.
Who are Sendaflor partners?
Our partner florists are independent flower professionals, carefully selected by Sendaflor for their experience in preparing flower arrangements, reliable and punctual delivery, quality of service and materials, local reputation and verifiable feedback.
What our partners do
Once an order is received, the partner florist independently prepares the arrangement according to the customer’s instructions, adds the requested personal card message, and delivers it to the specified address on the selected date.
Partner florist responsibilities
Each partner florist is an independent supplier and takes full responsibility for correctly fulfilling the assigned order, the quality of the delivered product, meeting the agreed delivery timing and arrangements, and contacting the recipient when necessary and within the permitted limits.
Sendaflor is not responsible for service failures directly caused by a partner florist’s errors, negligence or failure to fulfil their obligations. However, Sendaflor actively steps in to protect the customer experience.
Sendaflor’s role
Sendaflor acts as an intermediary and facilitates the ordering and delivery process by providing:
- A simple, secure online shopping platform.
- Dedicated customer support before, during and after an order.
- A network of verified partners across Italy.
- Complaint handling and mediation procedures.
If a problem arises with an order, Sendaflor will work with the customer and supplier to find a fair solution, such as a refund, replacement or another arrangement, depending on the circumstances.
Our commitments
Although Sendaflor is not directly responsible for preparing products, we monitor partner service quality, regularly assess florist performance and reserve the right to end partnerships with suppliers who do not meet the required standards.
